We offer respiratory consultation as well as a pulmonary laboratory, polysomnography and flexible bronchoscopy services.

Respiratory Medicine Outpatient Clinic Consultation Services:

  • Respiratory Consult Clinic (provide referral by fax and a clear reason for consultation)
  • Sleep Clinic (referral form)
  • Asthma Program (referral form, further information on the Asthma site)

Chronic Disease Management Clinics:

                        These clinics do not accept external referrals

  • Children's Interstitial Lung Disease Clinic
  • Cystic Fibrosis Clinic
  • Home Tracheostomy and Ventilation Clinic
  • Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia Clinic
  • Severe Asthma Clinic

Mission:  


We CARE for children and youth with breathing disorders by integrating all aspects of family-centered CARE into our work, including:

Clinical Practice - State-of-the-art pediatric respiratory diagnostics, and world-leading, specialized clinical care for children and youth with severe, complex, or rare breathing disorders.

Advocacy – Support for quality, accessible, equitable care. 

Research – Clinically impactful research that will improve the lives of people with breathing disorders worldwide. 

Education – Training and mentorship for the next generation of pediatric respiratory health specialists. We disseminate knowledge to health providers, researchers, caregivers, and patients.
