CHAI is a registered Canadian charity, which supports community initiatives that build skills and capabilities, primarily in Ladakh and Kullu.

Join us, on May 16th at 5:00 pm in T6-504A, to hear about the projects that we supported in 2023-24 and to learn more about how to get involved with CHAI.

The Canadian Himalayan Association for Innovation (CHAI) is a registered Canadian charity, which supports community initiatives that build skills and capabilities, primarily in Ladakh and Kullu. CHAI focuses on supporting local leaders to implement innovative health and education projects that empower children, youth, women, and persons with disabilities. For several years prior to the pandemic, teams of health professionals from Sunny Hill Health Centre, worked on a capacity building project for disability and rehabilitation in Ladakh. CHAI continues to support similar work that is now locally initiated. Join us on May 16th to hear about the projects that we supported in 2023-24 and to learn more about how to get involved with CHAI.
