Our team sees children and youth with severe speech and writing disabilities. We provide services in person, by telephone or virtually.

Referral steps

Complete a form
Please complete the linked referral forms (see below) in full. Ensure all patient information is current. Include consults, reports and chart notes (see referral form for requirements).
We will not process incomplete referrals.

Post referral
If you have not already done so, let your patient and their parent or caregiver know that we will contact them with appointment details.
