Occupational Therapy Careers

Our Occupational Therapy Department has more than 50 full-time equivalent (FTE) occupational therapists and three FTE rehabilitation assistants. The department is supported by PHSA and works in affiliation with the University of British Columbia’s (UBC) Division of Occupational Therapy.
We offer opportunities to develop skills, pursue ongoing education and engage in collaborative learning. We provide a supportive atmosphere whether you're advancing your career or just beginning.
Occupational therapy roles require licensure with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CSHBC). When hired, therapists become Health Sciences Association (HSA) members, and their salary follows HSA contract guidelines.
Schedules
We have full-time and part-time positions. Standard hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Some positions have rotating shift patterns to provide weekend coverage.
