As part of our services, we:

- Offer goal-based therapy within a supportive environment
We also provide post-operative care, such as gastrostomy tube and orthopedic care, including education and therapy.
Referral information
To access our services, patients need a referral from a doctor or specialist.
Providers can find more details on the Acute Rehabilitation Referral page.
Appointment details
After referral, we conduct initial consults with patients and caregivers. This is preferably in-person, though virtual options are available if needed. The team typically includes a developmental pediatrician, a therapist (such as an occupational therapist) and a social worker. Residents/fellows and other learners may also be present.
During the consult, we will discuss the child's needs with the parent or caregiver. If necessary, we will examine the child physically. At the end of the consult, we will provide guidance on next steps and, if applicable, set a date for admission.
