- BC Family Hearing Resource Society: The largest not-for-profit organization in British Columbia, serving children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing from birth to school entry
- Canadian Association of the Deaf: Provides consultation and information on deaf needs and interests to the public, businesses, media, educators, governments and others
- Canadian Deaf Sports Association (CDSA): Supports the development of the practice of sports within the deaf community, particularly deaf youth across Canada
- Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA): A Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to creating accessible, connected and equitable communities for Canadians with hearing loss
- Canadian Hard of Hearing Association BC Youth Peer Support: The Youth Peer Support Program works with deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) students ages 10 to 13
- Canadian Hearing Services: Provides products, services and education for deaf and hard-of-hearing Canadians, including hearing tests, hearing aids, ASL, counselling, communication devices and more
- The Children's Hearing & Speech Centre of BC : These programs and services ensure that children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing receive the listening and spoken language intervention they need to live full and independent lives on par with typical hearing children
- Deaf Children’s Society of British Columbia: A not-for-profit agency that provides resources, programs, support and information to families with deaf and hard-of-hearing children from birth to age five
- Deaf Well-Being Program: Provides mental health services to deaf, hard-of-hearing and deaf-blind people throughout BC
- Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides: Hearing ear dogs provide a sense of security, independence, and of course companionship to their human partners. They proudly wear their working vests and enjoy the same public access rights as guide dogs for the blind
- Infant & Child Development Program of BC: Serves children from birth to three years old who are at risk for, or who already have, a delay in development
- Provincial Outreach Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: The focus of this program is to collaborate with school districts in meeting the needs of all deaf and hard-of-hearing learners
- Island Deaf & Hard of Hearing Centre: A non-profit providing hearing health services and support for those navigating hearing loss
- Westcoast Association of Visual Language Interpreters (WAVLI): The provincial professional association of interpreters who work between spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL)
- Video Relay Service (VRS): A basic telecommunications service that enables people with hearing or speech disabilities who use sign language to communicate with voice telephone users. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Family Network for Deaf Children & Deaf Youth Today: A parent-run, non-profit, charitable organization supporting families with deaf and hard-of-hearing children and youth who use sign language or are interested in learning sign language
- Family Support Institute of BC: A provincial not-for-profit society committed to supporting families who have a family member with a disability

- Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: A non-profit organization dedicated to helping deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals by developing maximal use of residual hearing, speech-reading and speech and language skills
- Hands & Voices: A parent-driven non-profit organization dedicated to providing unbiased support to families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing
