Facilities

• Accessible on weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. After hours on Weekdays & Weekends PHSA ID card is REQUIRED to scan at door.
  
• 7 PHSA computers. Requires PHSA login ID account.
  
• PHSA and UBC Wi-Fi available.
• PHSA computer lab (room F412A) can be booked through Outlook Room Booking. (Reserved for CST until Dec 31, 2024).  To book contact C&WClinicalInform@cw.bc.ca
  
• Videoconference room (F414) is booked through UBC Resource Scheduler.
  
• Group Study room (F409) is for learners engaged in group study work and is limited to two hours at a time on a first-come, first served basis. The Group Study room cannot be booked in advance.
  

Library services

The library is open from Monday to Friday. Visit C&W Library Services for PHSA students, physicians and staff. Some UBC Library services are available. After hours, please use the self check-out process to borrow library materials.

• Get a library card: UBC Faculty Authorization Card (NOTE: this card requires authorization from a UBC Faculty member and access must be renewed yearly. Complete and return to a UBC Branch Library)
• Search the Study & Learning Commons Catalogue
• Access C&W Library Services to search CINAHL, MEDLINE, PsycINFO, etc.
• Attend PHSA workshops
• Purchase learning resources online or in-person at the Study & Learning Commons
• View rounds, clinical announcements and learning presentations in the PHSA Webcast Catalogue (mediasite)
• Search UpToDate and register for the mobile app
