New referrals

1. Please send CF Clinic a referral letter to our clinic. Our fax number is 604-875-3293.
2. Please attach all the patient relevant data including investigations done in the past.
3. New patients are scheduled on the basis of clinical urgency.
4. Clinically stable patients are seen in the clinic as an outpatient.
5. Newly diagnosed CF patients receive CF teaching in the hospital as an inpatient.
